Individual Therapy

Honeybee Wellness and Consulting offers is 100% virtual, offering convenient, accessible therapy for  individuals in the states of Texas, Tennessee and Mississippi. We will be offering in-office appointments at our new Memphis, TN location early March 2024.

Individual therapy (sometimes known as counseling, psychotherapy, talk therapy, or treatment) is a unique process through which clients as young as 7, work one-on-one with both licensed and pre-licensed mental health clinicians under supervision, as well as Master of Social Work graduate student interns. Each individual session lasts 45-55 minutes and is individualized to meet your unique treatment needs. In your first few sessions, your therapist will get to know you and what brings you to therapy. You will develop goals together and during each session, we will work toward these goals.
