Hi, I’m Sheronda! I am a Licensed Master Social Worker serving clients in Mississippi and Tennessee. Growing up, I always saw myself as a helping agent to others. Whether it was offering support, guidance, or encouragement, I found great reward in seeing others thrive and grow from the support I provided. This passion ultimately led me to pursue a career in therapy, where I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate their personal challenges and achieve growth.
My favorite part of treating clients is witnessing their growth and development through the hard work they put in to achieve their goals. I am here to offer support through the grieving process and through relationship transitions, but the progress my clients make is a reflection of their dedication to bettering themselves. In Couples Therapy, I focus on enhancing communication, rebuilding trust, and fostering a renewed sense of partnership. I utilize evidence-based techniques to help couples understand each other's perspectives, resolve conflicts constructively, and reconnect emotionally. Whether you are looking to strengthen your relationship or navigate through a rough patch, I am here to support you every step of the way.
In our sessions, you can expect us to work together through a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Couples Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, exercising, and catching up on my favorite shows.

Emotional pain is not something that should be hidden away and never spoken about. There is truth in your pain, there is growth in your pain, but only if it’s first brought out into the open"
