Brandi Rhoden, LCSW-S

Hi, I’m Brandi Rhoden, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor and the founder of Honeybee Wellness and Consulting, proudly serving women across Mississippi, Texas, and Tennessee. Growing up as the "therapist" friend and navigating my own journey through loss and healing, I understand the unique challenges we face.

 

At Honeybee, I specialize in guiding women, primarily ages 25-40, who are ready to shed societal masks and embrace their authentic selves. Together, we'll address the exhaustion of constantly code-switching and the weight of self-limiting beliefs rooted in childhood trauma. Through somatic healing and compassionate care, we'll nurture your inner child, allowing you to rest, heal, and reinvent yourself unapologetically.

 

In our sessions, I aim to be your biggest cheerleader, celebrating your victories and providing a safe space for you to explore and set aside fears. We'll focus on transforming negative thoughts and fostering a more fruitful, healed life. My therapeutic approaches include Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

When I’m not seeing clients, I'm enjoying being a boy mom and engaging in all things nature. Outside of the therapy room I'm still learning new skills! I enjoy watching YouTube videos and teaching myself about the ins-and-outs of content creation, social media metrics, and what it means to grow a community of like-minded individuals.
