Taylor-Nicole Bailey, LMSW

Hi, I’m Taylor-Nicole, but you can call me Taylor! I am a Licensed Master Social Worker serving clients in Texas. I became a therapist to nurture the minds of others. After obtaining my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, I was able to help the minds and hearts of a wide variety of clients, from young adults to the elderly. I continue to help adults, with a special focus on members of the LGBTQIA+ community, people of color, those who have experienced trauma, and individuals struggling with life changes.

I believe that true health and wellness begin in the mind. When we work together, we will highlight your strengths and use them to find solutions to your struggles. I love to help my clients change their mindset from a problem- and fear-based outlook to a positivity- and problem-solving- based outlook. A healed mind will take you far!

In the therapy room, I utilize a trauma-informed approach and care deeply about where you’re at. The healing process can be scary, overwhelming, or even uncomfortable. My job is to guide you towards the light at whatever pace you feel comfortable going. It is your journey, I am only here to help you along the rough spots. My therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness.

When I’m not seeing clients, I enjoy going to the spa, binge-watching my favorite shows on Netflix, going on walks, and trying new local restaurants!
