Hi, I’m Darlene! I am a Licensed Master Social Worker serving clients in Texas. My journey into therapy was inspired by personal experiences with trauma and witnessing its impact on families and individuals. This motivated me to pursue a career where I could help others navigate their challenges and find healing. Over the years, I’ve worked with military families, veterans, and trauma survivors, and I am passionate about supporting those who are facing difficult transitions and personal struggles.
I specialize in helping couples and individuals heal from deep wounds, reconnect with themselves and their loved ones, and regain control of their lives. Whether you're a veteran adjusting to civilian life, a first responder coping with the stresses of the job, or someone struggling with trauma, I'm here to support you. Together, we’ll use evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you process and heal.
Outside of work, I love crafting, making handmade gifts, and creating meaningful projects like life transition bags for girls going through important life changes.
